Okay, you're right. "Booyah" is circa 1987. My bad. Sorry about that.
Let's try this again..."B" is for "Bread!" And what delicious bread it was. Actually, hold on. Let me back it up a bit. I don't want to start this off on the wrong foot but the bread kinda sucked, right? Am i wrong here? Kinda stale? Rough to the touch? Gave you a little bit of that Honeycomb mouth at the top of your palate? Who's with me?
Anyway, nevermind the namesake. Everything else was pretty awesome. I'll let the rest of you "foodies" get into the specifics about the actual meal but I'll offer up a few observations to get us started.
1.) Nice rebound from the "A" attendance. Good to see some people were finally there and some people weren't. I'm not naming names but, Paul.
2.) I like Allison's new haircut. She now has shorter hair than two so-called "men" in the club. Nice ponytails, "guys."
3.) I wish i wasn't balding.
4.) I think we all got either chicken paillard, lasagna, or pork. Umm, delish!
5.) I think we all decided "C" would be for Colin.
6.) And then I think we all decided that we didn't mean that we should eat at "Colin" because that would be weird and, quite frankly, I don't think colin's body could fit all of us. Then again, he wouldn't need to fit ALL of us since Paul probably won't show up. But the point is that he should pick the next restaurant on the list. The "C" place. Not that we should eat Chez Colin's Body. See how those misplaced modifiers can cause confusion? Mind your grammar people.
7.) Rumor has it we're all going to be cooking up some tasty zecipes one of these days. Hook a brotha up. Or hook Jane up so she can hook a brotha up.
8.) Do you think Colin cheated on us in San Francisco and went out with another A-Zupper Club? If he did, it was probably the A-Zupid Club.
9.) Yes, of course I'm stalling. Do you really think I'd ever write "A-Zupid" if i actually had something real to talk about? But you can't end a list of thoughts on 9. It's got to be 10. This isn't Communist Russia.
10.) "B" is for "Bravo!" Emily. Awesome job picking the place. Your man was cheating on you with the Zupids and you pulled it off with flying colors. Great job. Good times had by all.
